Session info

Sessions will run for 50 minutes. The question of how many sessions you will need varies from client to client and your goals. We will regularly check in within the sessions to gather your thoughts on this and how you are feeling the sessions are going and the progress you are making.

I work with a personal approach in mind. Everyone’s challenges are different and unique to that individual. I will ensure I work to address your needs in a way that works for you and at your pace. My sessions provide a space and place for you to talk about any of the areas of your life you’d like to address. 

Reaching out can feel scary and make you feel vulnerable: my role is to ensure you feel safe whilst working on the issues you are currently facing. We will work together to form positive steps for you to take in your life to feel in control and yourself again.

I have a very calm approach to my counselling. I will listen and you will be heard. This is a space and time for you.
